The service call for in-home microwave repair is $75. Schedule your appointment by calling us at 816-436-2210 or put in a service request on our website. Typically, calls are scheduled with one-hour arrival windows. At that time, our tech will call ahead and arrive ready to help.
With the description of the symptoms you provide, our tech will begin testing your microwave to determine the cause of the unit’s issues. Once diagnosed, you’ll get a full parts and labor warranty that also includes the cost of the service call.
Repairing your microwave in one trip is always our goal. Sometimes, however, parts are needed that aren’t stocked in our service vehicles. In these scenarios, our tech will give you a general time frame of when we expect to see the parts and return to finish the job. Most parts are in-stock with our supplier and only take a day or two. If a second trip is needed to finish your repair, no extra service call charge is applied.
After your part arrives, our office staff will call you to set up a return trip. Once that’s scheduled, our tech will return and finish up the job. You don’t pay a thing until all the work is completed.
Our labor comes with a 90-day warranty. Parts are warrantied through the manufacturer and time frames vary. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your choice for microwave repair. If we don’t get it right the first time, there’s no service call charge for coming back out.
